ROB MALLABAND is as happy to be in the Boldmere St Michaels board room as he is in the dug-out.
He is just as comfortable to be buttoned up in his suit and tie than he is to be zipped into his tracksuit.
Which is just as well when he occupies the role of director as well as first-team manager at the Aspire Midland Alliance club.
"It gets interesting when there's a meeting of the directors and the manager has to face some tough questions," said Mallaband. "It doesn't matter which side of the table I sit.
"I don't see it as any sort of conflict. After all, we all want to see Boldmere progress.
