SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 12, 1996--Morgan Fuller Capital Group LLC, a San Francisco-based investment banking and brokerage firm today announced that it will offer U.S. investors a way to purchase Russian securities directly into their individual investments accounts.
To accomplish this, Morgan Fuller has formed a joint venture company (Region-Morgan Fuller) with Region Investments -- one of Russia's leading regional investment banking and brokerage firms, and Intercapital Trust Ltd., an Investment Company in San Francisco.
