Pizza Hut are taking action against a Chorley pizza delivery firm amid complaints from customers that they are being confused.
The food giant used to trade at 114 Pall Mall but closed just over two-and-a-half months ago over an alleged breach of contract.
The premises are now occupied by a firm called Pizza Delivery, which uses the same number widely advertised for Pizza Hut.
The Consumer Champion was contacted by an outraged woman from Withnell, who asked not to be named.
