A STONEHAVEN councillor this week threatened to take legal advice unless she received satisfactory answers to questions about the Town Hall and the status of the newly formed Stonehaven Town Partnership.
At Tuesday's meeting of the Kincardine and Mearns Area Committee, Wendy Agnew demanded to know why she and her colleagues had not been advised of the Stonehaven Town Partnership's formation as a private limited company, when they were discussing the results of a feasibility study into the future of the Town Hall at their meeting on April 24.
