CLEVELAND, Nov. 19 /PRNewswire/ -- North Coast Energy, Inc. (Nasdaq: NCEB) today reported results for the second quarter and six month periods ending September 30, 1996. Second quarter revenues increased 32% to $1,791,200 while six month revenues rose 54% to $4,498,600. Second quarter operating income improved $341,200 to a loss of $29,300 compared to a second quarter loss a year ago of $370,500. Six month operating income was $371,000 compared to a six month loss of $539,500 last year. The Company recorded a net loss for the quarter of $228,100 versus a loss of $343,100 last year.
