PONTIAC, Mich., Oct. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Oakland County, one of America's hottest business growth areas, will be featured in a special section of The Wall Street Journal scheduled for publication on February 7, 1997, County Executive L. Brooks Patterson said today.
