Pirates abandoned the Caribbean and set sail for Rogate at the weekend. The Jolly Roger was hoisted over the village recreation ground as youngsters jumped at the chance to be naughty and nautical at the same time.
It was all part of the fun at the Rogate fete and flower show which adopted the theme 'Pirates of the Rother.'
