A VILLAGE secondary school has been described as a "high performing school" by Ofsted.
After a recent visit by an Ofsted inspector, the Sir William Robertson High School at Welbourn was assessed as good on all counts with some outstanding features.
Headteacher Ian Wright said: "It has been given a resounding endorsement of the quality of education provided for pupils through the latest Ofsted inspection. The school was inspected under the 'Reduced Tariff Inspection' programme on May 16.
