Everest Kanto to consider share buyback, investment in JV
Mumbai, Nov 10 (PTI) -- Everest Kanto Cylinder Ltd today said its board will meet next week to consider buying back of shares from the open market as well as an investment of up to Rs 10 crore in a foreign joint venture.
In a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange Everest, Kanto said its board would consider an investment of up to Rs 10 crore by way of equity share capital and or loan in a proposed 50:50 joint venture company in India with Argentina-based Tomasetto Achilles group.
