BEVERLY HILLS, Calif./PLANO, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 25, 1996-- Hilton Hotels Corp. and EDS have entered into an agreement that combines the strengths of both companies to develop and operate a state-of-the-art procurement system.
EDS, with its advanced EDS SupplySource technology, and Hilton Hotels' wholly owned purchasing subsidiary, Hilton Equipment Corp. (HEC), with its vast experience in purchasing, will integrate this technology and experience into a new, world-class procurement service for the travel and hospitality industry.
