PADDY ODea became the eighth contestant to wave goodbye to the prospect of a ?100,000 yearlong contract under the tutelage of Bill Cullen when he was booted off The Apprentice last night.

ODeas demise began when the two groups were asked to create a new brand and logo for a shopping stall at Dublin Airport.

ODea was left to his own devices as he attempted to design a retail display, an attempt which ultimately led to him hearing Cullen bark that infamous, doom-laden phrase Youre fired.
