Article: MCCAIN, PALIN AREN'T OFFERING SOLUTIONS.(OPINION)(Letter to the editor)

Dear Editor: This morning, I heard Palin's comments from a recent rally. There was no mention of the McCain/Palin administration's actual plans. Vacillating between cheerleader and attack dog, Palin praised McCain, talked about being a reformer and a maverick, and trashed Obama.

With Friday's announcement of another 159,000 jobs lost, today's global fears over tanking stock markets, and our faltering economy, there wasn't one word on how McCain and Palin will fix the issues.

We've got gut-wrenching problems and Palin's been sent out to distract. We hear the same old speech with one new twist: Throw dirt on Obama.
