NEW YORK -- Interactive Data Corporation (NYSE: IDC), a leading provider of financial market data, analytics and related services, today announced that its Pricing and Reference Data business has named Marc Alvarez senior director, Reference Data Infrastructure.
Alvarez, 45, will oversee the utilization and integration of the Company's data sets, data models, workflows and technology capabilities to support its Reference Data strategy and maximize its opportunities in this market. Alvarez reports directly to Robin Simpson, managing director of Reference Data, and is based in the Company's New York City office.
