DANISCO A/S announced Oct. 27 that it has signed an agreement to acquire Agtech Products Inc., a U.S.-based agricultural biotechnology company dedicated to the development, manufacture and technical application of microbiological-based products for the animal production industry.
This acquisition broadens Danisco's portfolio and technical service capabilities in the animal production industry. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
According to the announcement, this represents an important step in strengthening Danisco's strategy of delivering healthy nutrition solutions to the global animal production industry. Adding new microbial technologies to ...
