S.L.U.G. queen helps raise money for homeless pets

In one of her final duties as reigning S.L.U.G. queen, Leigh Anne Jasheway-Bryant has gathered a group of comedians to make you laugh while raising money for homeless animals.

The Chuckles for Charity event, 7:30 p.m. today at McDonald Theatre, will feature a silent auction and music by the Bill Shreve and the Paul Biondi Project, among others.

The comedy starts at 8 p.m. Tickets are $10. This is a limited-seating general admission show.

The theater is at 1010 Willamette St.
