LONG BEACH, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 26, 1996--Electronic Travel Auction Inc. (ETA) Tuesday launched the world's first service enabling consumers and businesses to bid for airline seats, hotel rooms, cruise berths, vacation packages, and other travel-related products over the World Wide Web.
