KANSAS CITY, Mo., Nov. 27 /PRNewswire/ -- Vanguard Airlines announced the details of its new non-stop service between Chicago-Midway and Kansas City. Effective December 21, 1996, the airline will offer three daily flights between Chicago-Midway and Kansas City, with a one-way fare starting as low as $44.
