SACRAMENTO, Calif. -- Jason Peltier of the Westlands Water District is addressing the CA Fish & Game Commission today in opposition to a proposed regulation that would cut one million acre feet to California water supplies. He will be speaking on behalf of the Westlands Water District and other public water agencies that serve more than 25 million Californians.
