Roche Diagnostics to grow China business
By Karl Zhong Shanghai. November 14. INTERFAX-CHINA - Roche Diagnostics, the world's leader in in-vitro diagnostics medical devices, plans to increase its Chinese staff by approximately 200 by the end of 2010, a senior official from Roche Diagnostics Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. told Interfax on Nov. 13.
"We will expand our existing office in Shanghai and are looking at hiring 100 more employees in China next year and perhaps 100 more the year after, mostly in the sales and marketing department," said Roland Diggelmann, managing director of Roche Diagnostics Asia Pacific Pte.
