CHICAGO, Dec. 3 /PRNewswire/ -- USG Corporation's (NYSE: USG) L&W Supply unit today announced its acquisition of Gulf Coast Building Materials Inc. in West Florida, augmenting the company's state-wide presence in building materials distribution. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Gulf Coast will join L&W Supply's current network in Florida, which includes 28 distribution centers under the names of Seacoast Supply and Doby- Seacoast Supply. Gulf Coast Building Materials operates three facilities from Sarasota south to Fort Myers.
