DALLAS -- Tyler Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: TYL) has automated the management of land records for the Clerk's Office of Bernalillo County, New Mexico, by successfully installing Tyler's electronic recording solution. Bernalillo County, which invested in Tyler's Land & Vital Records solution in 2006, added Tyler's Eagle Quickdocs eRecording solution earlier this year.
