When the last of the 400 workers pack their pick-up trucks and pull out of Sullivan County this month, they'll leave a lot more than a natural gas pipeline.
The men and women from as far away as Texas and Oklahoma who built the Millennium Pipeline will leave an economic imprint of millions of dollars.
