JAKARTA, Nov 18 Asia Pulse - Indonesia, the largest archipelagic country in the world with vast territorial seas, has experienced difficulties in dealing with rampant illegal fishing by foreign fishing vessels.
A lack of patrol boats to locate and capture foreign poachers has prompted the Indonesian embassy in Bangkok to make a breakthrough in overcoming the illegal fishing which has caused great losses to country.
