COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.--Nov. 29--The parent company of Yellow Cab of Colorado Springs has acquired a Castle Rock-based airport shuttle service as part of its plans to become a statewide transportation service.
Greater Colorado Springs Transportation Co. bought Overland Express, a shuttle service that transports residents of Douglas and Elbert counties to the Springs airport and Denver International Airport. Terms of the deal were not disclosed, but the deal included the Overland name, customer list and operating license.
