GI Joe, the world's first ``action figure,'' that boyhood warrior who managed to survive all types of torture, turns 32 this year.
Not that he's slowing down.
In fact, you could say he's making a comeback for the now grown-up boys of the 1960s and '70s.
In September, the folks at Kenner introduced a GI Joe Classic Collection of 12-inch figures authentically dressed and equipped to represent seven branches of the worlds military.
Last year, the GI Joe Extreme line, featuring a 5 1/2-inch ultra-buffed body, hit the shelves.
