Smartcool Systems Inc. (TSXV: SSC) has signed a distribution agreement with Williams Evergreen Ltd. (WGL), Barbados, to become the exclusive distributor for all Smartcool products in the territory of Barbados (see also SmartCool Systems Inc.).
Williams Evergreen Ltd. was established as a subsidiary of Williams Industries Inc., a diversified Caribbean corporation, and has already completed a successful installation of Smartcool's Energy Savings Module (ESM(TM)) at The Pine Hill Dairy in Barbados.
