Global Solar Energy, Inc., a solar industry leader that manufactures highly-efficient thin-film solar cells for glass modules or flexible material products, announced the International Electrochemical Commission (IEC) has awarded the Company certification of its solar modules utilizing Copper Indium Gallium diSelenide (CIGS).
