A training program that doesn't require you to be in the weight room for more than 50 minutes
Being one of the smaller schools in a conference with a great football tradition, we have to work hard to compete with the big schools.
Since we suffer from a lack of size and speed, the only way we can compensate for this genetic deficiency is by increasing our intensity in the weight room.
We have developed a program built around free weights, Nautilus, and Hammer equipment. These ground-based exercises and machines keep our athletes safe and permit us to apply high-intensity training (H.I.T.) to every exercise in our program.
