Did you know that over 26,000 children in Greater Philadelphia are receiving FREE or low-cost health insurance through Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP)? NBC 10 and CHIP, Pennsylvania's program to provide health insurance to all uninsured children and teens, are teaming up to bring you an exciting free seminar. This event will be held on Tuesday, October 21st, 6:30-8PM, at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) located at 34th Street and Civic Center Boulevard, Philadelphia, Pa. 19104 (see also Health Insurance).
CHIP covers doctor visits, prescriptions, dental, eye care and much more. Best of all, there is no income limit to enroll in the program.
