DALLAS, Dec. 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Dresser Industries, Inc. (NYSE: DI) today announced several awards totaling $130 million as well as a number of initiatives with Gazprom, the preeminent gas exploration, production and transmission company in the Russian Federation.
An award to supply a high pressure gas injection compressor station was made to Dresser-Rand Company, a joint venture of Dresser Industries, Inc. and Ingersoll-Rand Company, by RAO Gazprom. This is a U.S. EXIM Bank-financed project valued at nearly $90 million.
