EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn., Dec. 11 /PRNewswire/ -- MTS Systems Corporation (Nasdaq: MTSC) announced that it has completed the acquisition of Bregenhorn-Butow & Co., Freiburg, Germany, a privately held supplier of low power, electronic servo motors and drives to the European manufacturing market with annual revenues of approximately $8 million. Terms of the acquisition, which was completed December 3, 1996, were not disclosed.
The acquired company will operate under the management of Custom Servo Motors, New Ulm, Minn., a subsidiary of MTS Systems Corporation. The European offices of Custom Servo Motors GmbH will be re-located to the Bregenhorn-Butow facilities in ...
