Continuing Education Programs to Begin Airing in Mid-1997

The American Bar Association (ABA) and Data Broadcasting Corporation (NASDAQ:DBCC) jointly announce an agreement, previously reached, to develop and operate a new Direct Broadcast Satellite (DBS) network service for the ABA's nearly 400,000 members.

The multi-year agreement recently was approved by the ABA Board of Governors and the Board of Directors of Data Broadcasting.
