MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 16, 1996--General Mills has named a new Corporate Secretary and has appointed two new senior executives.
Ivy Bernhardson has been selected by the company's Board of Directors as its Corporate Secretary, effective immediately. She will assume these responsibilities while continuing in her current position as Associate General Counsel, and will continue to report to General Counsel Siri Marshall.
Dan Strickland has been named Senior Vice President, Research and Development, effective January 1, 1997. Strickland joins General Mills from Johnson & Johnson where he served as Executive Vice President, Worldwide ...
