Nov. 20--A Burlington woman accused of selling cocaine from her home and keeping the drugs where a child could easily get them will appear in court Monday for a pretrial conference where she can either ask for her Dec. 9 trial to be moved or proceed on that date. However, Jenica Ladon Royer's also could accept plea agreement being penned between her and Des Moines County prosecutors that could result in a guilty plea. She is charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and child endangerment.
