MOSCOW. Nov 20 (Interfax) - The consortium of Alisher Usmanov's Metalloinvest holding and the state Russian Technologies (Rostekhnologii) corporation that will develop the giant Udokan copper deposit in Russia's Chita region might not be able to pay for the license to the field by the end of the year, Sergei Chemezov, Rostekhnologii's general director, told Interfax.
