Artha Beed 21 November, 2008 (Nepali Times) -- The hotels of Kathmandu are buzzing with consultations, their rooms filled with 'parachute consultants', and it's difficult to get in and out of Kathmandu as flights are booked solid by report-hugging experts. Let's face it, why would anyone turn down the chance to visit Nepal during a month when the mountains are visible from the city?
But we must hope all their efforts produce fruitful results and help Nepal achieve inclusive economic growth.
