Czech utility CEZ gets 9.15% stake in EUR 4 bln venture to expand Romanian nuclear plant

PRAGUE. NOVEMBER 20. INTERFAX CENTRAL EUROPE - Czech state-controlled utility CEZ, listed in Prague and Warsaw, on Thursday signed a preliminary contract to acquire a 9.15% stake in a EUR 4 bln joint-venture power company that will build two additional nuclear reactors at Romania existing Cernavoda power plant.
