BALTIMORE -- Constellation Energy (NYSE:CEG) and Baltimore Gas and Electric Company (BGE) today announced key appointments within their respective finance leadership teams to streamline their finance organizations and provide enhanced financial management capabilities. Effective immediately, the following individuals will report directly to Jack Thayer, senior vice president and chief financial officer, Constellation Energy, in these new roles:
