SACKETS HARBOR, N.Y. -- Sackets Harbor Brewing Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of Seaway Valley Capital Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: SWYV), was the highlight at the grand opening of the first ever Syracuse Beer Week (www.syracusebeerweek.com).
