Dabur acquires majority stake in Fem Care Pharma for Rs 204 cr
New Delhi, Nov 21 (PTI) FMCG major Dabur India today acquired majority stake in Mumbai-based Fem Care Pharma Ltd (FCPL), a leading player in the women's skin care products market, for Rs 203.7 crore in an all-cash deal.
The company said it had acquired 72.15 per cent stake in FCPL and would make an open offer for an additional 20 per cent shares as required under the takeover regulations.
