Article: The New York Times Company Reports Ad Volume for its Newspaper Group in November and Year-To-Date

NEW YORK, Dec. 18 /PRNewswire/ -- To make year-to-year comparisons easier, The New York Times Company (AMEX: NYT.A) has changed from reporting advertising volume on a calendar basis to a fiscal basis, effective with the January 1996 Advertising Volume report. The numbers for 1995 have been restated to be comparable to 1996.
