YOQNE'AM, Israel -- Wavion[TM], a company transforming the Metro and Rural Wi-Fi market with a new category of Wi-Fi Base Station, San Luis Telecommunications SAPEM and XN Argentina S.A. of Buenos Aires, Argentina, today announced the deployment of Wavion WBS-2400 Base Stations along the newly opened circuit of GT1 and Formula One (F1) in the province of San Luis, Argentina. The WBS-2400 will provide high-speed wireless Internet (Wi-Fi) along the Formula One race track. The first race took place on Nov 21st- 23rd, 2008.
