MENASHA, Wis.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 19, 1996--Outlook Group Corp. (NASDAQ/NMS:OUTL) today announced the promotion of Joseph J. Baksha, 43, to president and chief operating officer of the company, effective January 1, 1997. Baksha will assume responsibility for all of Outlook Group's operations in the graphics and packaging businesses. David L. Erdmann, 53, will continue as chairman and chief executive officer of Outlook Group, with responsibilities including strategy, acquisitions and managing the company's Outlook Foods, Inc. subsidiary which is being divested as previously announced.
