ATLANTA--Dec. 19--What a way to spend vacation.
Rather than chilling out at home or on the beach, Eric Graves, a Scientific-Atlanta engineer, has crossed the street to chill out, literally, at United Parcel Service's Pleasantdale hub. He's spending six hours a day during his two-week break scouring the UPS parking lot in search of customers struggling with their Christmas packages.
