Mexican airport operator Grupo Aeroportuario del Centro Norte, known as OMA, announced the acquisition of 90 percent of the shares of Consorcio Grupo Hotelero T2, (the Consortium) in order to develop and operate an NH-branded hotel and commercial areas inside the new Terminal 2 of the Mexico City International Airport.
NH Hoteles of Spain owns the other 10 percent.
