East Grand Forks has received a $4.01 million low-interest loan from the Minnesota Public Facilities Authority to help pay for water-related infrastructure improvements.
The loan, awarded under the PFA s Clean Water Revolving Fund, will help pay for installing drain tile around a stabilization pond, building a new lift station and rehabilitating another, and replacing a gravity sanitary sewer.
