A TEENAGER yesterday became the world's youngest mum to Siamese twins.
Faith and Hope Williams were born safe and well by Caesarean section. Mum Laura, 18, was also said to be doing fine.
Joined at the stomach, the youngsters were last night believed to be lying face-to-face, breathing unassisted.
The conjoined twins were delivered by a team of surgeons and obstetricians at University College Hospital in London and immediately ...
