ONEIDA, N.Y., Jan. 2 /PRNewswire/ -- Oneida Ltd. (NYSE: OCQ) today entered into a new agreement to sell its Camden Wire Co. subsidiary to International Wire Group Inc. of St. Louis, Mo., in a trasaction valued at approximately $60 million. The agreement replaces a previous agreement to sell Camden to a subsidiary of Aarque Capital Corp. in a transaction valued at approximately $51 million.
