The President of the General Assembly, Miguel dA'Escoto Brockmann, today announced the winners of the prestigious United Nations Prize in the Field of Human Rights for 2008: Ms. Louise Arbour, Mr. Ramsey Clark, Dr. Carolyn Gomes, Dr.
