ISLAMABAD, Nov 28 Asia Pulse - The Board of the Privatisation Commission, which met under the chairmanship of Syed Naveed Qamar Federal Minister for Privatisation here November 26, 2008, gave the go-ahead to hold open bidding for the acquisition of 51% of shares in the National Power Construction Company (NPCC).
The PC Board formulated its recommendation for the approval of the Cabinet Committee on Privatisation (CCOP), prior to announcing the bidding schedule for NPCC, said a handout on November 26, 2008.
